Todd Mitchell's love affair with cars started with a Chevy S10 pickup he built himself, swapping in a Corvette LT1 engine. That truck taught him what it means to pour your heart into a vehicle, and sparked a passion that grew into a collection of European exotics and American classics.

But when his collection outgrew his garage, Todd discovered a frustrating truth: finding reputable car storage was nearly impossible. The few facilities that existed wouldn't return his calls. Customer service didn't exist. It was a broken model across the entire industry.

In 2024, Todd founded Silvershed Motors to fix that problem at scale. He built the company he wished he could have found: one that answers the phone, treats every vehicle like it's their own, and delivers the service collectors actually deserve.

Today, Silvershed Motors has grown into a nationwide network of 47 facilities across 38 states, protecting over 12,000 vehicles valued at more than $2.4 billion. But our mission remains unchanged: to provide collectors with absolute peace of mind, knowing their automotive treasures are in the best hands possible.
